Shipping

Within Germany we ship with DHL. The shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate of EUR 4.90 per order, delivery to the EU (except UK) EUR 9.95. The return within Germany is free of charge for you with any shipping method. All deliveries that are sent are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as the written confirmation of receipt has been given, this insurance cover expires.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to post boxes. In the case of partial shipments, the shipping costs are charged only once.

We process and ship orders during our general business hours. If an item is available from stock, shipping with DHL Standard takes 2-5 working days.

If an item is not available at short notice, we will try to reorder the item for you. We will email you no later than two days later whether we can deliver the item. A repeat order from our external warehouse usually takes between 8-10 days. If the article cannot be delivered, we will immediately arrange for the refund of the amount of the undeliverable goods.

shipment tracking

You will receive an automated shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. We will also provide you with your personal DHL tracking number on the same day. You can use this number to call up the current location of your parcel at www.dhl.de.

packing station

Delivery to a packing station within Germany is possible. Large parcels that do not fit in your rented parcel compartment may have to be picked up at a Deutsche Post branch or at a DHL Express station.

Delivery to non-EU countries

Please note that the costs for import and customs clearance are not included in the shipping costs and will be invoiced separately by DHL. In the event that the ordered goods are retained in whole or in part, please provide us with the import documents; in this case we will be happy to refund the German VAT for these items.
